Yes. CRAge is built only for Method CRM. It connects to your Method account through an API key and works with your Method data, including the custom tables you add. If you don't use Method CRM, CRAge won't have anything to work with.

CRAge shows you every record before it's created or changed in Method CRM and waits for your go-ahead: estimates, opportunities, customers, contacts, file attachments and bulk item updates. Reply yes to go ahead, tell it what to change, or cancel. Questions and reports only read your data.

Your Method API key is stored encrypted, each company's data is kept in its own isolated database schema, and the site runs over HTTPS. Your requests are processed by Google's Gemini AI models to generate answers. CRAge doesn't train AI models on your business data. Our Privacy Policy lists every service we use.

Yes. Your standard Method tables are set up automatically when you connect. Custom tables are added by name in Integrations; CRAge checks them against your Method account and syncs their fields, so you can ask about them and use them like any other table.

A couple of minutes. An admin copies an API key from Method, pastes it into CRAge's Integrations page, and CRAge validates it and sets up your standard tables in the background. No developer or IT help is needed.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing in your account settings. There are no cancellation fees. If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged.

Yes. You add a payment method when you start your 14-day free trial, but you aren't charged during the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically on the plan you picked.

Your subscription starts automatically on the plan you chose, and your card is charged the monthly price, with the early-adopter discount applied if it was active when you signed up. To avoid being charged, cancel from Billing before the 14 days are up.

Yes. You can move up or down between plans from Billing. Changes are prorated, so you only pay the difference. You can't move to a smaller plan while your current usage, for example the number of users, is above its limits.

CRAge stops answering new messages until your limit resets at the start of the next billing cycle, or until you upgrade to a bigger plan. You're never charged overage fees.

Payments are generally non-refundable. Refunds are considered case by case under our Refund Policy, which also explains how to request one.

Estimates (with line items and discounts), opportunities, customers and contacts. It can also attach files to opportunities and estimates and bulk-update items. Each one is shown to you for confirmation before it's written to Method CRM. It can also answer questions, build reports and export data.

Yes. You can upload documents to your knowledge base (up to 25 MB per file), and CRAge searches them when they're relevant to your question. You can also attach images and files in chat, and CRAge reads them, for example a photo or a PDF you want turned into an estimate.

Yes. Ask for what you need, for example an invoice history with specific columns, and CRAge builds a CSV file for you to download. Large exports with 1,000+ rows are supported.

Every few hours CRAge looks through your Method data and highlights what needs attention: overdue activities, estimates waiting on a reply, upsell opportunities and revenue trends. Insights appear on your dashboard and can be turned off.

Yes. CRAge runs in any modern mobile browser, with no app to install. Your chats and data are the same on your phone and your desktop because everything is stored in your CRAge account.

An admin invites teammates by email from User Management, up to your plan's user limit, and gives each one a role: Admin, Member or Viewer. Teammates can sign in with email and password or with Google.
