CRAge is a subscription-based service billed in advance on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize Naibu LLC to charge your provided payment method via our payment processor, Stripe, for the recurring subscription fee associated with your selected tier.

We offer a 7-day free trial to allow you to evaluate CRAge before being charged. Because we provide this trial period and incur immediate costs for AI computation and data processing, we generally do not offer refunds once a paid subscription has begun.

However, we may grant refunds at our sole discretion in the following cases:

  • Technical Failure: If a verified system error prevented you from using the service for more than 48 consecutive hours.
  • Billing Error: If you were accidentally charged for a tier you did not select or charged after a successful cancellation.
  • Trial Oversight: If you intended to cancel your trial but did so within 24 hours after the charge occurred (subject to a small administrative fee to cover non-refundable Stripe processing costs).

Please note that Stripe does not return its processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30) when a refund is issued. Naibu LLC reserves the right to deduct these transaction fees from any discretionary refund granted.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@naibuagency.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email and the reason for the request. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the disputed charge.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Workspace settings. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months of service.
