Hi there! We are excited to be your AI co-pilot. Before we start querying your data, we need to agree on the ground rules. By signing up, you agree to this legally binding document.

This Terms of Service document (''Terms'') outlines the terms and conditions of use of the services (the ''Services'' or ''Service'') provided by Naibu LLC, with a registered address at 402 San Francisco Blvd, 94960 San Anselmo, CA USA, in regard to the CRAge software product available at https://crage.me (''Site'' or ''Platform'').

By registering for the Services, you are agreeing on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent (''you'') to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES.

Things change—technology evolves, and so do we. If we change these terms, we will tell you.

We may update the Terms from time to time to accommodate new developments within the Software (like new AI models or integrations), new business models, and organizational changes. We will inform you about any and all changes to the Terms through email, updates to the Site, or within the App. Your continued use of the Services following the changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changed Terms.

CRAge is an AI Co-pilot that talks to MethodCRM and your documents. However, AI is not a human, and you must verify its work.

CRAge allows users to connect their MethodCRM account via API and upload internal documents (Knowledge Base) to perform natural language queries.

The "Write" Functionality:
Certain subscription tiers enable you to write data back to your MethodCRM (e.g., creating a new customer or updating a record).

  1. User Confirmation Required: CRAge will always present a summary of the data to be written and ask for your confirmation before executing the action.
  2. No Deletion: CRAge is designed to Create and Read. It does not have the capability to Delete data from your MethodCRM.
  3. Responsibility: Once you confirm a "Write" action, the data is sent to MethodCRM. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you confirm.

AI Disclaimer (Probabilistic Nature):
You acknowledge that the Services use experimental artificial intelligence technology (Generative AI).

  1. Hallucinations: AI models are probabilistic. They generate responses based on patterns, not just facts. This means CRAge may occasionally "hallucinate" or provide factually incorrect information, even when citing your data.
  2. Google Grounding: We use Google Grounding services to verify facts against the web, but this does not guarantee 100% accuracy.
  3. No Reliance: You should not rely on CRAge as the sole source of truth for critical business decisions, financial calculations, or legal compliance. Always verify critical data directly in MethodCRM or your source documents.

You license a Workspace for your company.

To use CRAge, you must register a Company Workspace.

  • Multi-Tenancy: One user can belong to multiple Workspaces.
  • Admin Responsibility: The creator of the Workspace is the Administrator. The Administrator is responsible for managing user access and payment for that Workspace.
  • Security: You agree to keep your password and API credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

We charge per Workspace. We use Stripe to handle payments. We have generous limits to ensure fair access.

A. Pricing Tiers
We offer tiered subscription plans based on the size of your team and your usage needs.

  1. Tier 1 (Analyst): $89/mo. Designed for individuals. Includes 1 User, MethodCRM Read & Write access, and 50 GB Knowledge Base.
  2. Tier 2 (Team): $249/mo. Designed for small teams. Includes up to 5 Users, MethodCRM Read & Write access, and 200 GB Knowledge Base.
  3. Tier 3 (Company): $649/mo. Designed for organizations. Includes up to 20 Users, MethodCRM Read & Write access, and 1 TB (1,000 GB) Knowledge Base.

Subscription fees are exclusive of any applicable sales tax, VAT, or other government levies. Any such taxes will be calculated based on your jurisdiction and added to the total at checkout.

B. Monthly Usage Caps (Fair Usage)
To maintain high performance and manage AI computing costs, Workspaces are subject to the following monthly allowances.

1. Message Limits:
"Messages" include queries to MethodCRM and chats with your Knowledge Base.

  • Tier 1: 700 Messages / month.
  • Tier 2: 2,500 Messages / month.
  • Tier 3: 7,000 Messages / month.

2. Grounding Limits (Web Search):
"Grounding" refers to queries that require CRAge to search the live internet for facts.

  • Tier 1: Max 70 Grounding requests / month.
  • Tier 2: Max 250 Grounding requests / month.
  • Tier 3: Max 700 Grounding requests / month.

3. Knowledge Base Limits:
You are limited by the Number of Files uploaded per month (processing limit) and the Total Active Storage (size limit).

  • Tier 1: 70 Uploads/mo. Max 50 GB Total Storage.
  • Tier 2: 350 Uploads/mo. Max 200 GB Total Storage.
  • Tier 3: 1,000 Uploads/mo. Max 1 TB Total Storage.

File Constraints: Individual files must not exceed 25MB. Supported formats are PDF, TXT, CSV, most of the audio and video formats, json and md files. Files formats DOC, DOCX and PPT, although supported, are automatically converted and stored as PDFs. File formats XLS and XLSX,although supported, are automatically converted and stored as csv.

C. History Retention

  • Tier 1: Chat history retained for 90 Days.
  • Tier 2: Chat history retained for 1 Year.
  • Tier 3: Chat history retained for Unlimited Time.

D. Overage & Throttling
We do not charge automatic overage fees. If you reach your monthly limit, we may restrict your ability to use that specific feature until the next billing cycle starts. You may upgrade your plan at any time to unlock higher limits immediately.

E. 7-Day Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscriptions.

  1. You will be required to provide payment details via Stripe at the start of the trial.
  2. You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.
  3. If you do not cancel, the paid subscription will automatically begin on the 8th day.

F. Payment & Cancellation

  1. Payment Processor: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Naibu LLC is the seller of record for all transactions. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. All billing, payment, and tax-related inquiries should be directed to our support team at support@naibuagency.com.
  2. Billing Cycle: The subscription fee is charged monthly in advance.
  3. Cancellation: You can cancel at any time via the billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Your data is yours. Our AI brain is ours.

Your Content:
You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload (Knowledge Base), your chat history, and the data accessed via your MethodCRM API integration. You grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, and embed your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you. We do not use your proprietary business data to train public-facing AI models.

Our IP:
The CRAge platform, including its software code, interface design, AI orchestration logic (LangGraph agents), and brand features, are the exclusive property of Naibu LLC. You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.

We build great tech, but we aren't responsible if the AI makes a mistake or if MethodCRM goes down.

Service "As Is":
COMPANY PROVIDES SERVICES TO YOU ON AN ''AS IS'' AND ''AS AVAILABLE'' BASIS. The Company makes no representations that the content or AI responses are accurate, error-free, or up-to-date.

Exclusion of Liability:
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
(A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES;
(B) ANY AI "HALLUCINATIONS," ERRORS, OR INACCURACIES IN THE GENERATED CONTENT;
(C) ANY DATA WRITTEN TO YOUR METHODCRM ACCOUNT THAT WAS CONFIRMED BY A USER;
(D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN.

Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party (e.g., uploading copyrighted material to the Knowledge Base).

We protect your data like it's our own.

We are committed to your privacy. Privacy is hard-coded directly into our solution, including the encryption of your API keys. For the sake of clarity and transparency, we have placed all information related to Personal Data Privacy and compliance with the GDPR in a separate document known as the Privacy Policy, which is available on the Site. By using the Services, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined therein.

English rules.

All our Content and these Terms were originally written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

We connect to MethodCRM and use Google Cloud, but we don't own them.

Our Service relies on third-party services, specifically MethodCRM (for data), Google Cloud/Gemini (for AI and Hosting), and Stripe (for billing). We are not responsible for the availability, uptime, or policy changes of these Third Parties.

  • If MethodCRM is down, CRAge cannot fetch your data.
  • If you revoke your MethodCRM API key, CRAge will stop functioning.
    Your use of MethodCRM is governed by their own Terms of Service.

We are a California, USA company, so we play by California, USA rules.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, excluding its rules governing conflicts of law.

If we have a disagreement, we settle it in the State of California, USA.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be finally settled by the competent court in the State of California, USA.

We are here to help, and we constantly update our agents.

You can submit a support ticket by contacting us via email (support@naibuagency.com). We usually respond within 2 business days.

  • Priority Support: Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers may receive priority handling of support tickets.
  • Updates: We perform regular maintenance and updates to our AI models and Agents. We do not guarantee that the integration with MethodCRM will remain compatible indefinitely if MethodCRM significantly changes their API.

The legal wrap-up.

If any provision in these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect the original intent of the provision, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. Any failure to exercise or enforce any right or the provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
